How to Pay Your Bill

We Offer Several Ways To Pay Your Bill

  • In Person: Our main office accepts payment during office hours, Monday thru Friday 8 am–3:45 pm.
  • After-hours Drop Box: The drop box is located at the right side of the door at our main office. It is a brass colored flap in the wall.
  • Automated Payment Phone System: 1-844-719-3103.  This a toll free number.
  • Mail:  Please send your payment with your billing stub or the account number to: Craigsville Public Service District, PO Box 368, Craigsville, WV 26205.
  • Online: Pay your bill with your Visa, Mastercard or Discover card through our secure online site. This is a free service.
  • Direct Debit from Your Bank Account: Many local banks offer bill pay options through their websites. Check with your bank about setting this up.
  • Direct Payment Authorization: We automatically pull the amount from your checking account around the 10th of each month at no cost to you.  We have the form to fill out here at the office.

Payment Methods

CPSD accepts cash, checks, and money orders. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit and debit cards.

If paying by check, please make it payable to Craigsville Public Service District. (Note: There is a $10.00 fee for each returned check. If your account has two returned checks in one six-month period, payment must be made in cash.)
