To Begin Any Service

An “Application for Service” must be completed in person at the Craigsville Public Service District main office located at 18740 Webster Road Craigsville, WV, to begin utility services.

New Locations, Water/Sewer Taps

We need as much information as can be provided about the location that will receive service. The field crew will then check the site to make certain that sewer and/or water service can be provided at the requested location. After approval by the field crew, tap fees and security deposits must be paid before the taps will be set.

Existing Locations

A $50.00 security deposit is required for each service. If the customer is a renter, the security deposit(s) are held until the renter leaves the location and it is then applied to that account. If a credit is left on the account, a refund check will be mailed to the customer. If the customer owns the location, the deposit is applied to their account after the customer makes 12 consecutive payments. If a penalty is placed on the account, the consecutive payment count starts over at that date.
